Man dies in industrial accident in Fannin County

FANNIN COUNTY, Texas (KXII) – A Grand Prairie man has died after an industrial accident in Fannin County.

Lt. Frank Deater of the Fannin County Sheriff’s Office said Rafel Navarro, 45, was using a forklift to move materials onto a truck when the forklift went out of control.

The forklift overturned and trapped Navarro underneath, and he died from his injuries.
