Resurfaced clip shows Diddy warning Justin Bieber to keep quiet about what his ‘weird friends’ are doing

A clip from an interview featuring Sean “Diddy” Combs and Justin Bieber has resurfaced online following the rapper’s high-profile arrest.

Combs, 54, currently faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution after being arrested by the FBI on September 16.

The American rapper and music executive has since pleaded not guilty to all charges against him and has denied any criminal wrongdoing. He was twice denied bail while awaiting trial.

After the allegations against Combs came to light, clips of the rapper’s previous interviews began to resurface online following details of his “freak-off” parties.

Footage from an interview featuring Combs and then-teenage Justin Bieber is the latest to make the rounds on the Internet, with the clip showing Combs saying the singer “knows better” than to talk about what “friends are doing strange.”

Taken from a 2011 appearance on The Jimmy Kimmel Showthe presenter begins by asking the two men how they managed to become friends.

“We became friends in a weird way, you know,” Combs responded, before adding that Bieber was like “a little brother” to many people in the industry.

Explaining that Bieber often came to him for advice, the rapper added: “He’s not afraid to call and ask for advice. The music industry is a strong family and he’s someone we definitely want take in our arms and protect.

“He’s one of the greatest kids you could ever know.”

Bieber then reaches out to shake the rapper’s hand as the crowd applauds, before Kimmel asks if Combs would buy the singer a car like he did for his own son.

Bieber then revealed that Combs “bought him a Lamborghini” that hadn’t arrived yet, to which Kimmel then pressed the rapper further regarding his planned arrival.

“He had the Lamborghini for a day or two and he had access to the house,” Combs responded. “And he knows better than to talk about what he’s doing with Big Brother Puff on national television.

“Not everything is for everyone.”

The comment was met with levity at the time by those present, but it has since been viewed in a darker light following the allegations. It’s important to note, however, that there is no evidence linking Bieber to the allegations against Combs as of this writing.

Meanwhile, the most recent update in the case saw Combs accused of sexual abuse dating back to 1991 in a lawsuit involving more than 100 people, which was confirmed by their lawyer Tony Buzbee.

An attorney for Combs has since denied these other allegations in a statement to the LADbible Group that reads: “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot respond to all of the baseless allegations in which has become a reckless media circus.

“That said, Mr. Combs categorically and emphatically denies as false and defamatory any claims that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.

“He looks forward to proving his innocence and making his case in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence and not speculation.”
