Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new round of lawsuits with one accuser claiming he was sexually abused at the age of 10 by the disgraced mogul.

According to complaints obtained by Rolling stone the plaintiff alleges that he was accompanied by his parents when they met with various music executives in Manhattan in 2005 in an attempt to further his “budding” music career.

A counselor hired by his parents led him to a hotel room to meet with Combs and left them alone. John Doe claims he was given medicated soda based on how he felt shortly after consuming the drink.

“After the plaintiff consumed his soda and began to feel its effects, Combs told the plaintiff to come closer to him, which the plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed the plaintiff down and said words to the effect of: ‘You have to do things you don’t want to do sometimes,'” the lawsuit reads. “Once the plaintiff was pushed down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the 10-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss’ him. . When the plaintiff resisted, Combs nonetheless forced his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth and then thrust it in and out repeatedly.

The accuser is said to have been “frightened” by the interaction and lost consciousness shortly afterwards. When he woke up, Doe reportedly felt pain in his anus and buttocks and his pants were undone.

Doe eventually disclosed what allegedly happened between him and Combs to his parents, who were “terrified of the possible consequences of reporting the abuse.”

The plaintiff claims he is suffering from severe depression and anxiety as a result of the alleged incident.

Combs’ attorneys took aim at Doe’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, in a statement to Complex.

“The attorney behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is evident from his continued appearances in the press and his 1-800 number,” the statement reads. “As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous or demonstrably false on their face.”

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” the statement continued. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually abused or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

During his Oct. 1 press conference, Buzbee stood in front of a backdrop showing a hotline number (1-800-200-7474) for those with allegations against Combs. He also announced plans to file 120 new lawsuits against the mogul.

Buzbee also represents another plaintiff who claims he was forced to perform oral sex and sodomized by Combs. The alleged incident occurred when the then 17-year-old was participating in a three-day audition for Making the tape in 2008.

Doe claims that Combs wanted to test his “willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed in the music industry,” so he and a bodyguard allegedly attacked him on the third day of the audition.

The latest round of accusations comes a week later Five civil lawsuits have been filed against Combs . One of the accusers, who said they were 13 years old at the time of the alleged incident, claims they were sexually assaulted by Combs and an unknown male celebrity at an MTV VMA after-party in 2000.

Combs remains behind bars pending his trial on racketeering and human trafficking charges, which is expected to begin in May 2025.
