GLASGOW, Ky. (WBKO) – A motorcyclist is injured after a crash in Glasgow.

On Wednesday, Glasgow Police responded to the intersection of West Main Street and SL Rogers Wells Boulevard for an injury crash, according to a news release.

Investigation revealed that a 17-year-old driver of a Dodge truck attempted to turn left from West Main Street onto SL Rogers Wells Boulevard and did not see a motorcycle driven by Justin Dicken, who was traveling eastbound on West Main Street.

The truck driver was not injured.

Dicken was transported to TJ Samson Hospital and then flown to University of Louisville Hospital for his injuries.

The accident was investigated by Officer Jordan Saltsman, who was assisted by Barren/Metcalfe EMS and the Glasgow Fire Department.

Editor’s note: An earlier version of this story included the truck driver’s name. WBKO News has since learned that the driver was a 17-year-old and has decided not to name the driver.
