Fatal incident at construction site in Rockingham County

ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va. (WHSV) – The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office is confirming that a Verona man is dead following an incident at a construction site Thursday morning.

We are working to find out exactly what happened. Right now, authorities can only tell us that what happened around 11 a.m. on Switchboard Road.

As a result, 58-year-old Curtis Wayne Shuey died.

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating.
