A car crash blocks the inbound lane in the city of Lexington

Lexington, SC (WOLO) – Lexington Police are asking motorists to take their time as crews work to clear a crash blocking the road. According to police, a car accident occurred just after 8:30 p.m. Authorities say the crash blocked the inbound lane at the intersection of Mineral Springs and Sunset Boulevard.

If you plan to drive through that area, police ask that you remain alert as emergency personnel continue to clear the accident scene.

Nothing is known this evening about any injuries as a result of the collision.
