Britain's Got Talent judge Bruno Tonioli breaks golden buzzer as viewers spot major mistake

The Britain’s Got Talent judge shocked everyone when he accidentally broke the golden buzzer. The hit ITV show returned to our TV screens for another episode as a number of actors attempted to impress the judges with their unique talents in the hope of progressing to the next round.

During tonight’s show, viewers watching at home saw a range of contestants including comedians, magicians, singers and dance acts.

However, it was dance group Phoenix Boys who caught the eye of former Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno. Talented young dancers meet once a month to dance together. They revealed they started the all-male group because they felt “forgotten.”

Before their performance, they admitted that they had only rehearsed together three times. Although they didn’t practice much together, they managed to leave the judges and audience impressed with their ballet and jazz performance.

Bruno held back tears after watching the group as he pressed the golden buzzer, but his excitement took over as he hit it too hard and it ended up shattering.

Fellow judges Simon, Alesha and Amanda looked stunned as Bruno explained: “I had to do it. I know how hard it is, what you’re doing. People don’t really understand how hard it is to pull it off as a dancer, the work that goes into this job and the passion – you literally do it for nothing, you do it for love – and I felt it.

Alesha went on to say: “I could see the emotional connection Bruno felt and I knew he could see himself in you.”
