Prince Harry’s visa problems resurface after bombshell revelations in ‘Spare’

Prince Harry is facing a potential new battle over his US visa following his admission in his memoir, Save.

The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, is calling for the reopening of a process aimed at uncovering the Duke of Sussex’s visa records, which they believe could reveal whether he received preferential treatment due to his royal status.

The foundation previously sued the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for access to these records, but later closed the request.

However, they are now reigniting the issue, citing concerns about the secrecy surrounding private communications between the Biden administration and the presiding judge.

In Savereleased last year, he openly discussed his past drug use, including cannabis, cocaine, magic mushrooms and ayahuasca, leading the Heritage Foundation to argue that such admissions should have disqualified him from entering the U.S.

They have since filed a motion to “nullify” the previous ruling and to reveal any related correspondence between DHS and the court, raising new questions about the duke’s immigration status.

In a recent court document obtained by News weekthe Foundation is calling for a re-evaluation of a previous decision regarding Prince Harry’s US visa status.

The think tank states that the court should “vacate its opinion and order” while revealing all ex parte correspondence linked to the case.

Heritage’s legal team argues that the actions taken to protect Harry’s privacy unfairly hindered his ability to effectively contest the case.

They assert that this approach “severely compromised (Heritage’s) ability to prepare arguments on appeal,” suggesting that there is significant evidence of “agency bad faith” involved in its handling of the situation.
