Man buys sandwich at cafe and is shocked to receive ‘criminal’ bill

We all like to treat ourselves from time to time.

And one way people do that is by going out to eat. It’s usually more expensive than eating at home, but it makes cooking easier and can be much more delicious.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case for just one man. Despite his best intentions to take his mother out for a nice lunch at a cafe, both men were very disappointed.

They stopped for a sandwich at a cafe in Canada – but quickly wished they hadn’t. The guy ordered a chicken sarnie which looked less than appealing when it arrived at the table.

He probably would have gotten tastier results if he had just made a sandwich at home. And to make matters worse, the meal was anything but cheap!

The angry man took to Reddit to share a photo of the butt, which was captioned: “$18 for this and fries.” It was a buttery white bun with bits of bland chicken inside.

His beige meal contained no visible salad, sauce, or seasoning. So when the photo was posted online, people were not impressed.
