“Nice Try Diddy” trend is getting out of hand as Sean Combs suffers in prison after Freakoff party scandal

2024 was not Diddy’s year. The industrial mogul has faced lawsuit after lawsuit for his alleged crimes and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He was arrested on September 16 on charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. Although he and his lawyers have tried everything to obtain bail, their attempts have been futile so far. Now, Diddy waits behind bars for his trial, scheduled for May 5, 2025.

We all know that the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center is currently what Diddy calls home. Following his arrest, the rapper faces accusations of hosting the infamous Freakoff Parties, where he apparently coerced attendees with drugs.

The question is: how is the industrial mogul being treated behind bars? Despite Diddy being one of the richest rappers in the world and a big name in the industry, reports claim that he is not being favored in prison, nor is he receiving special treatment.

For starters, his lawyers reported that the hardest part of adapting to prison life for Diddy is the food. Marc Agnifilo told reporters outside a Manhattan federal court, “I think the food is probably the hardest part” (via PEOPLE).

PEOPLE reported what a day in her life looks like at the moment. They noted that on September 20th, Diddy started his day at 6am with cereal, fruit and a breakfast cake. Inmates can also opt for toast and oatmeal during the week, but coffee is only available on weekends. Lunch is served at 11am on weekdays and dinner from 4pm.

On the other hand, it looks like Diddy doesn’t even eat in prison. A former MDC inmate, Larry Levine, told NewsNation,

Imagine if someone paid someone inside to actually poison his food, give him a heart attack and he dies, and no one would really think about it. This It could be one of the reasons he’s not eating. He’s very, very paranoid. He is very, very scared. You don’t know what to think, you don’t know who to trust or what to believe.

Apparently, Levine has an inside source at MDC who knows of the rapper’s circumstances inside the detention center. For his bail proposal, his lawyers stated that the Brooklyn facility was “not suitable for preventive detention” Given the “horrible” conditions.
