Tuesday, tourists stop at Hawkeye, Westgate | Local

The Tuesday Tourist Club finished its 2023-24 year with a road trip to Bent’s Smokehouse in Westgate on May 14. After a delicious lunch, 11 members continued to K and K Gardens in Hawkeye for an enjoyable afternoon. Ruth Lau served as hostess.

Meetings will resume on September 10 at 1 p.m. at the Oelwein Public Library. Information about the book discussion that day will be announced soon.
