CDTA offers trolley service for Belmont Stakes Festival

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) will offer trolley service during the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival in Saratoga Springs. The tram will operate Thursday to Sunday with the full timetable available online.

The trolley service is free to guests and will operate from noon to 10 p.m., giving passengers access to hotels and attractions along Broadway, the Saratoga Race Course and the Saratoga Casino Hotel.

The CDTA will also offer shuttle service to the “Belmont on Broadway” concert, from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., from two park and ride locations. One between the Route 50 parking lot at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and the bus stop on Broadway at Congress Park. The other will depart from the Wilton Mall bus stop and the corner of High Rock and Lake Avenues. They will run every 20 minutes, with traffic waiting.
