Man caught stealing shoes from mosque to be deported by Kuwait

Kuwaiti authorities have arrested an Egyptian expatriate accused of stealing shoes from a mosque in the Salmiya area.

The Ministry of the Interior, working in coordination with the Criminal Investigation Department, was able to identify and apprehend the individual involved.

The suspect reportedly has a history of criminal activity, including multiple incidents of theft and breach of trust.

As part of its announcement, the Interior Ministry released a photograph of the arrested expatriate.

Once the ongoing legal proceedings against the individual are resolved, he is expected to be deported from Kuwait.
