CBS Names Ohio State's Track Hall One of the Best in the Nation

We are in peak off-season, where the gate is closed and the rosters are mostly set. Most of the news that circulates in the college football community is either about recruiting or someone’s roster or ranking. CBS Sports provided us with some entertainment in the latter category with Tom Fornelli of CBS Sports releasing his top five running back rooms with Ohio State headlining the group.

Even the most ardent Buckeye hater would have to agree that a backfield consisting of TreVeyon Henderson and Quinshon Judkins is pretty crazy. Mix these two All-American candidates with a consensus top ten finish in James Peoples’ 2024 recruiting class, and it’s hard to find a weakness.

Georgia was listed at No. 2, and that also makes sense with the addition of Trevor Etienne. Kansas makes an appearance at No. 3, thanks to the return of Devin Neal. Probably the most controversial pick of the bunch is Texas at No. 3 despite losing Jonathan Brooks. UCF gets the fifth spot largely due to the addition of Peny Boone through the portal.
