In a conversation with Hindustan Times, the actor called such discussions inappropriate. “Well, I think discussing someone’s salary and finances is really unfair. Nothing good comes out of the discussion, and it isn’t even fruitful. So, I think one should avoid getting caught up in such rumours, they should not exist,” he told Hindustan Times.

Jitendra Kumar is followed by Neena Gupta who reportedly earned Rs 50,000 per episode.

The show directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra and written by Chandan Kumar revolves around Abhishek Tripathi (played by Jitendra), who has taken up a job in the Panchayat office of a village named Phulera.
