The new generation Maruti Dzire has finally been revealed and will go on sale on November 11th. It has a fresh design, a Swift-inspired cabin layout (as was the case with previous generations) and a new Z-series petrol engine borrowed from the Swift. Maruti offers the new Dzire in four broad variants: LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi Plus. Let’s take a closer look at what the new Dzire looks like and what it offers in detail.

A fresh design

The 2024 Dzire has now completely distinguished itself from the Swift in terms of design. It has a large grille with multiple horizontal slats, which differs from the Swift’s honeycomb grille with a chrome strip. It gets sleek LED headlamps with horizontal daytime running lights, and an aggressively designed front bumper that also integrates updated fog lamp housings.

The overall profile and window line are still quite similar to the previous version, but the 2024 Dzire rides on newly designed 15-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. At the rear, we can also see that the new Dzire has Y-shaped LED taillights connected by a chrome element.

Swift inspired cabin

Although the new generation Dzire looks completely different from the outside, the dashboard layout is identical to that of the Swift. However, unlike the Swift’s all-black interior, the new Dzire gets a dual-tone black and beige cabin theme, along with faux wood inserts on the dashboard. Even the flat bottom steering wheel is the same as some other Maruti cars like the Swift and Baleno.
