This is ridiculous – Stonebwoy reacts to cancellation of Shatta Wale’s TF show brouhaha

Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy has reacted to claims that he was behind the cancellation of Shatta Wale’s show at the TF Hotels at the University of Ghana.

It will be recalled that Shatta Wale was scheduled to perform at the TF Hostel of the University of Ghana.

However, on the day of the event, there were reports that the performance had been canceled due to an “order from above.”

Shatta Wale’s camp blamed Stonebwoy for influencing the decision, with his manager confirming the same.

But the Dean of Students of the University of Ghana, Professor Rosina Kyerematen, explaining the facts, said the artists’ night was canceled because the hall management did not seek permission to hold a artists’ evening.

Their permission was given for a karaoke night and they could not allow an entertainer’s night because they had not made the necessary security arrangements and had not received permission from the school authorities.

Reacting to claims that he had something to do with the cancellation, Stonebwoy said the claims that he had asked for the event to be canceled were ridiculous.

To him, after the Dean’s explanation, those who criticized him owe him an apology for having falsely accused him of what he had no knowledge of.

“It was ridiculous to hear because it’s like waking up in the morning and being heavily accused of extra powers. I have power, I still exist in all dimensions but I cannot abuse it… Even if I have such powers, I cannot abuse it.

I had nothing to do with it, so I’m surprised where the accusations came from. I think it’s normal that a brother like him always finds a way to make me look very powerful. I only went to perform at my event and that’s all I remember. I’m not an event planner, I have zero. I think the dean came respectfully to explain and we need to amplify this even more.

That’s where the truth comes out that those who… that’s why I hate explaining because there are people who didn’t believe it anyway and even after the dean came to talk about the truth on the issue, you find out that those who disbelieved and threw me away and all that refuse to apologize. It’s their mentality
