Nexton has added DRB Homes, an award-winning builder with homes in more than 100 East Coast communities, to the community’s lineup of builders.

With over 30 years of industry experience, DRB Homes operates in over 10 states and 18 regions, from Pennsylvania to Florida.

In Nexton’s Midtown neighborhood, the DRB Homes collection will feature three new floor plans: Beaufain, Tradd and Gibbes. A one-story house plan, the Beaufain ranges from 1,789 to 2,428 square feet and offers three- and four-bedroom floor plans.

Inspired by coastal living, the home’s exteriors will feature bronze windows, board-and-batten and clapboard siding, and a two-car garage. Interiors will include an open-concept dining and gathering space with six-foot windows throughout. The master suite will offer an en-suite bathroom with double sinks. Additional options include a second story with a bonus room, storage, electric or gas fireplaces, rear porches and flex space.

Details of the Tradd and Gibbes House will be announced soon. Home sales will begin this summer and a new model home will join Midtown’s Model Row.

Midtown offers more than 100 floor plans to suit different lifestyles and preferences. It is also home to the Midtown Club, featuring a resort-style pool, fitness center, and indoor and outdoor flexible spaces available to members of the Nexton Residential Association. Food trucks, movie nights and social events enliven the neighborhood.
