Robbery caught on camera in Telangana: Thieves break car window, steal Rs 3 Lakh; Video of criminal surfaces

In a brazen theft at Kosgi’s Chowk Bazaar in Telangana, unknown persons broke the window of a car and stole over Rs 3 lakh. Venkatesh, a resident of Kosgi, intended to deposit the money in a private housing finance company, Aptus, in Narayanpet to pay his home loan. Unable to obtain a demand draft from another bank, he returned to Aptus to discuss the matter with bank officials. Meanwhile, the thieves, who were following his car, took the opportunity and smashed the driver’s side window, fleeing with the money. Police are investigating CCTV footage from a nearby jewelry store to identify and apprehend the culprits.
