Several other players invited to the Green Room for the 2024 draft

Eight additional players have been invited to the green room for the upcoming 2024 draft this month.

Sources have informed ESPN’s Jonathan Givony (via these various Twitter links here) that the Kentucky point guard Rob DillinghamEuroLeague leader Topic Nikoladuke guard Jared McCain and power forward Kyle FilipowskiMiami swingman Kyshawn GeorgeUSC point guard Isaiah NecklaceKansas wing Johnny Furphyand the Baylor Center Yves Missi were all invited to attend the draft in person.

Givony notes that Dillingham earned the invitation after completing his NBA Combine prerequisites Friday morning, at the Lakers’ practice facility in El Segundo.

Dillingham, a 6’3″ All-SEC sophomore in 2023/24 as a freshman, is the most highly regarded player on ESPN’s big board, where he is ranked as the 7th best prospect available this summer. Missi is the lowest-ranked prospect on this list, as he is ranked 23rd.

Purdue All-American Center Zach Edey also received an invitation, Givony tweets, although he chose instead to watch the draft at Purdue, with his family, coaches and Boilermakers teammates in attendance.

This group joins 12 other likely first-round picks whose invitations to the green room have already been announced.
