He doesn’t want to meet his girlfriend’s kids yet because they’ve only been dating for three months – Chip Chick

While dating someone with kids can be a lot of fun, when you’re not ready to meet them, you’re not ready. You should be able to take as much time as you need before getting involved with your partner’s children.

A man has been dating a woman for three months and she wants him to meet her children, but he is not ready.

He is 30 and his girlfriend is 29. His girlfriend divorced her ex-husband a year ago and was awarded primary custody of his two young children, both under the age of 10.

He met his girlfriend at work when they were supposed to work on a project together.

Due to his schedule with his children, he mainly sees his girlfriend at work, and they are only able to have one-on-one dates every other week.

“I understand she has two young children, and we see each other every day anyway,” he said.

“Yesterday, after dinner at my house, she started talking about vacations and whether I wanted to accompany her and the children to her grandparents’ vacation home by the sea.”

Then his girlfriend asked him if he wanted to meet his kids in the next few days so they could all get used to each other and be able to spend more time together.

He immediately felt uneasy, because although he would like to spend more time with his girlfriend, he didn’t know if he was ready to get to know his children.
