Sedalia business owner accused of sexually assaulting 3-year-old girl

SEDALIA, Mo. (KCTV) – A Sedalia business owner is facing multiple child abuse charges following the alleged sexual assault of a 3-year-old girl in 2023.

Pettis County, Missouri, Circuit Court documents filed on Tuesday, November 5, reveal that Mark S. Micloskey, 75, of Sedalia, has been charged with multiple child sex crimes.

Court documents show Micloskey is charged with sodomy, child abuse, statutory sodomy, abuse of a child and endangering the welfare of a child through sexual conduct.

The crime complaint stated that the crimes were committed between September 1 and September 30, 2023. At the time of the crimes, the victim was only 3 years old.

An arrest warrant with a no-bond condition was filed Tuesday and served on Micloskey Friday. He was taken into custody and is expected to have a hearing on November 12 at 1:30 p.m.

According to Micloskey’s LinkedIn and Facebook profile, he is the owner of Mr. Vinyls Record Exchange.
