Ganfeng Lithium subsidiaries contest concession cancellations

Ganfeng Lithium Co (Hong Kong: 1772) posted an update.

Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. announced that its subsidiaries controlled in Mexico are contesting the cancellation of their mining concessions after the Secretary of Economy confirmed the decision. The subsidiaries have filed cancellation requests with Mexico’s Federal Court of Administrative Justice, which are currently under review. Meanwhile, an arbitration request involving the subsidiaries has been registered with the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes but has not yet entered the written and oral phases.
