Emmerdale actor Nate Robinson, Jurell Carter, in real life – exit rumors, A-list career and infamous ‘spin bike mistake’

Jurell Carter is well known for his role as Nate Robinson in Emmerdale. Since joining the soap in 2019, he has been involved in a number of intense storylines, including an affair with Moira Dingle.

In a shocking twist, it was later revealed that Nate was Cain’s child from a previous relationship and wanted revenge on his father. However, the couple managed to patch up their relationship after Cain admitted he had no idea Nate was his son.

Unfortunately for Nate, he recently found himself involved in another affair, but this time it was his wife who was cheating on him.

As viewers know, his wife Tracy Robinson had an affair with Nate’s uncle Caleb Dingle earlier this year. Apart from the hit ITV soap, Jurell has appeared in a number of other TV shows, including Doctors and the mini-series Kiri.

Jurell Emmerdale ‘exit’

Jurell Carter is reportedly leaving the ITV soap in the coming months. According to The Sun, the star will leave the village in a major storyline later this year.

A source told the newspaper: “Nate has been at the center of huge storylines and his exit will be no different. It will be dramatic and explosive and will go down in Emmerdale history. It won’t be one to miss.

“Jurell loved starring in the soap but he’s a young actor and it’s understandable he wants to spread his wings.”

Emmerdale has been approached for a comment regarding the exit rumor.

Unknown football career

Before turning to acting, Jurell revealed that he was preparing for a career in football. The actor dreamed of a career at his beloved club, Birmingham City, and had already started working to make his way into the team, including landing a scholarship to play in America.

However, due to the exorbitant cost of fees to continue, Jurell was forced to abandon the idea and fall back on his second course of action.

Talk to OK! Magazine, he explained: “Ever since I was a kid, football was my life. I played all the time, in and out of school.

“I had confidence in football and although I loved playing, if you put me on stage I would collapse. I didn’t have the confidence to stand up in front of everyone. I am now so grateful that the football didn’t work.”

“Spin Bike” error

Jurell previously left his Instagram followers shocked after sharing what some fans wrongly thought was an X-rated video – only to discover it was quite the opposite. The clip in question showed a shirtless Jurell, from the chest up, sweating, shaking and bobbing up and down, reports The Mirror. He captioned the story: “Physically I’m sweating on a gloomy day in Yorkshire. Mentally I’m in Jamaica on the beach sipping a few cocktails…we’re moving.”

After viewers’ backlash, Jurell was forced to respond with laughing emojis, explaining: “Let a man live. I was on my spin bike.” At the time, one person commented: “Looks like he posted his own sex tape by mistake. Disappointed to realize he was just riding a bike.”
