Wolves News: Fans’ thoughts on one thing that needs to be talked about

We asked for one thing related to Wolves that people aren’t talking about but should be.

Here are some of your comments:

Alex: There are few positives at the moment. On a negative note (of which there are many!) the conundrum of having two first choice goalkeepers who are both out of form. I think Jose Sa will go in January, but most fans aren’t convinced Sam Johnstone is an improvement.

Big toe: Nobody talks about our goalkeepers. Johnstone was bought as an upgrade for Sa, but I don’t believe he is.

George: Our current shortcomings started last season. As hard as we started, we haven’t looked like a real team since February. The tough games saved Gary O’Neil and closed the problems for non-Wolves fans.

Nigel: What a talented team we have and yet O’Neil is unable to get them to come together as a group. There can only be one explanation.

TmcC: In a nutshell: Executive Chairman Jeff Shi. Some of his better work includes the sacking of Nuno Espirito Santo, some very questionable signings and sales of players, and then the business with Julen Lopetegui. While raising ticket prices and taking us to the bottom of the league.

Noel: Offensively we are a top half team, but our defense would struggle in the Championship. I like Gary O’Neil, but the owners left him outside to dry due to the lack of support. We have been to all the home games where we have had good wins in recent seasons, but unfortunately we cannot see anything improving due to the lack of quality in defense.
