Prominent Kerry lawyer faces unfair dismissal claim at WRC hearing

A Workplace Relations Committee (WRC) hearing involving a prominent Kerry lawyer and a former employee who claims she was unfairly dismissed began last Friday.

The complainant, Ms Bernadette Cronin, brings the complaint against the defendant, Mr Patrick Mann of Patrick Mann & Company Solicitors, Ashe Street, Tralee, where Ms Cronin was employed as a litigation solicitor from March 2020.
