FARGO — United Way of Cass-Clay has announced the participants of the 2025 35 Under 35 Women’s Leadership Program.

The United Way 35 Under 35 Program provides a transformative experience that strengthens the leadership skills and confidence of women leaders, inspires collaboration and unity, and amplifies the impact of women of women in our workplaces, homes and communities.

The young women invited to participate in 2025 will meet every month and participate in various sessions, led by local leaders, on topics such as goal setting, communication, personal growth, leadership in government, public speaking , conflict management and other leadership-oriented topics. topics.
