Outdoor range is lost in the void. Prime Video has canceled the series after two seasons on the streaming service, according to Deadline.

The series, which stars James Brolin, Imogen Poots, Lili Taylor, Tamara Podemski, Lewis Pullman, Tom Pelphrey, Noah Reid, Shaun Sipos, Isabel Arraiza, Olive Abercrombie, and Will Patton, follows a rancher (Brolin) after he discovers a mysterious black void on his land. In Season 2, which arrived on May 16, the void on his land has grown larger.

No reason was given for the cancellation. The following information was revealed about the series’ performance for season 2:

“This follows strong early viewership data in the US, with the release of the new season propelling Outer Range to third place on the Nielsen Streaming Originals chart for the week of May 20 with 476 million hours watched and eighth place for the week of May 27 with 314 million.”
