Shocked customer finds Amy Winehouse’s face in KFC chicken wrap

A KFC customer was left in shock after discovering Amy Winehouse’s face in her chicken wrap.

Kim Robinson, 31, was about to bite into a late-night snack when her brother Wayne, 33, spotted the struggling singer’s face.

The beautician stopped dead in her tracks at the sight of the face, which bore an uncanny resemblance to the Back to Black album cover, burned into its flour tortilla.

She said: “We decided to go to KFC because my kids were still up and my brother had come down from Liverpool, so we were just having a nice family night out.

“I was about to eat my wrap when Wayne said, ‘Don’t eat another bite.’”

“I freaked out a lot – I thought there was a spider on it or something – but no, it was Amy.”

The mother-of-two, from Eltham, London, is a huge Winehouse fan but was so hungry she ended up eating the wrap anyway – despite the star looking creepy in her meal.

“I was hungry – and I guess there’s a little bit of Amy in me now,” she said.

Kim, mum to Jeannie-Rae, nine, and Leonidas, eight, said: “Amy was an incredible talent – my favourite song is Tears Dry On Their Own.”

Amy won 5 Grammy Awards during her lifetime and Back To Black was the UK’s biggest-selling album of the 21st century for a time after her tragic death in 2011.
