Xikang Cloud Hospital Announces New Stock Options

NEUSOFT XIKANG HOLDINGS INC. (Hong Kong:9686) released an update.

Xikang Cloud Hospital Holdings Inc., formerly known as Neusoft Xikang Holdings Inc., announced today that it has granted approximately 29.5 million stock options to 216 eligible participants under its post-IPO stock option program. The options, which have an exercise price of HK$1.14 per share, are part of an incentive plan that includes specific vesting schedules and performance targets. The options are exercisable for up to 10 years, and include withdrawal mechanisms in the event of misconduct.
