Michael Story Passes Out In Underwear At Stop Sign On Heritage Drive – Scoop: Nashville

On July 15, Michael Story, 27, was seen causing a disturbance in the middle of the road at Nesbitt Lane and Heritage Drive. When officers arrived, they saw a white Nissan Maxima parked at the stop sign on Heritage Drive. When they got to the vehicle, they found Story asleep in the back seat, wearing only his underwear. While trying to wake Story, officers noticed an open beer bottle and a case of open beers on the floorboard. After waking up, Story had difficulty answering simple questions, was unable to maintain his balance, and was slurring his speech. This prompted officers to ask Story to perform sobriety tests. Story consented to the tests and eventually showed signs of impairment. After the tests, officers ran Story’s name and discovered that his license had been revoked. Michael Story was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a revoked license on July 16.

Michael Shayne Story was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 16 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a revoked license. A court marshal set his bail at $3,500.
