Finneas Announces Second Album “For Cryin’ Out Loud!”

Finneas will release the follow-up to his debut album, Optimistic. The new project is called Good God! and its release is scheduled for October 4.

While Optimistic Featuring instrumentals composed and performed solely by Finneas, For Cryin’ Out Loud! sees the artist embracing collaboration. During the recording process, he was joined in the studio by a full band, although the LP is still self-produced.

Finneas recorded the album entirely in Los Angeles, collaborating with several of his close friends in a series of live studio sessions.

Earlier this year, Finneas helmed production on his sister Billie Eilish’s landmark third album, Hit me hard and soft. He also won a Grammy for his work on her hit single and the Barbie movie track, “What Was I Made For.”

Alongside the announcement of the new album, Finneas has shared its title track.
