Papaya Play’s Tree of Savior Announces New Brazilian Server Coming August 12

Before we begin, we will point out that this The Tree of the Savior The story is specific to the standalone version operated by Papaya Play as opposed to the Steam edition operated by IMCGames, and it is this older edition of the OARPG that is expanding to better serve Brazilian players with the launch of a new server hosted in São Paulo.

Monday, August 12th will see the opening of the new Kepa server for Brazilian players, which promises better latency for players instead of the poor experience they had when connecting to the NA Popolion server, expanded Portuguese language support, and celebratory events like server launch buffs and a Great Restart event that rewards players who reach significant levels.

The OARPG is currently in extended maintenance for all players while the new server is being rolled out, but Popolion and Kepa are both scheduled to open at 9:00 PM EDT on August 12, so everyone will have to sit tight and wait until then. We can confirm that the NA and Brazilian servers will be live at that time, despite Papaya’s own PR suggesting that the Popolion server was shut down in favor of the Kepa server; the game’s website and Discord clarify that this will not be the case.
