Man shot in DC during attempted robbery; two juveniles identified as suspects

WASHINGTON – Detectives are looking for two juveniles who they say shot a man during an alleged attempted robbery Monday afternoon direct current

Officer Lee Lepe, a spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police Department, confirmed that the call came in at 3:31 p.m. for reports of the shooting.

According to Officer Lepe, the victim was found “conscious and breathing” in the unit block of O Street Northwest.

The suspects are described as two juveniles wearing all-black clothing and masks. Authorities have put out a lookout for the suspects, but no arrests have been made so far.

The investigation is ongoing and MPD has not released any further details.
