Greenville man charged with attempted first-degree murder

GREENVILLE, NC (WITN) – A Greenville man is behind bars after attempting to kill a woman, Pitt County Jail records show.

A warrant obtained by WITN shows that Robert Thomas, 34, of Greenville, was arrested Sept. 2 by the Greenville Police Department and charged with attempted first-degree murder.
