Texas Tech University Track and Field Announces Radio Broadcasting Affiliate in Amarillo

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) — Texas Tech University Athletics and Learfield’s Red Raider Sports Radio Network have announced the addition of 102.9 The Panhandle Sports Start as an affiliate station to broadcast Red Raider football and basketball games.

According to a press release, the agreement will ensure that Texas Tech fans will continue to receive comprehensive game-day coverage, including live streams, pregame shows and postgame analysis.

“We are excited to further expand our coverage of the Red Raiders, bringing TTU football and basketball games to an even wider audience this season,” said Market Manager Cal Hall. “I am confident our audiences will enjoy our coverage throughout the Panhandle.”

The relationship with 102.9 The Panhandle Sports Star is managed by Texas Tech Athletics’ exclusive media rights holder, Red Raiders Sports Properties.
