Edoardo Molinari, a reward for the one who finds the clubs

Italian Edoardo Molinari has launched an appeal for help on his X account to try to recover his golf bag lost between Switzerland and Dublin in Ireland, where he will play the Irish Open at Royal County Down.

Edoardo Molinari, statements

Twelfth in the European Masters in Crans sur Sierre, the Transalpine Edoardo Molinari would like to continue his momentum.

Problem, his golf bag got lost on the way. So it was a call for help that the assistant captain of the Ryder Cup launched on his X account. A message that is unfortunately a great classic after a trip where the bag of a pro golfer has not followed its owner.

“If you know anyone who can help me with a lost baggage and works at Dublin Airport, please send me a private message? My golf clubs were not loaded on the plane and I need them ASAP! I promise you will be rewarded as you deserve!

» He has 3 days left to collect his property and defend his chances at the Royal County Down Golf Club in Northern Ireland. As you can see, he could well be in the front row at Bethpage next September to follow the Ryder Cup.

Perhaps even behind the scenes of the European team. The Rules of Golf are a set of standard rules and procedures by which the game of golf should be played. They are written and administered jointly by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St.

Andrews is the governing body for golf worldwide, except for the United States and Mexico, which are governed by the United States Golf Association. A committee of experts, made up of members of the R&A and the USGA, oversees and refines the rules every four years.

The latest revision came into effect on January 1, 2016. Changes to the Rules of Golf generally fall into two main categories: those that improve the understanding of the Rules and those that reduce penalties in certain cases to ensure balance.

The regulations, entitled “The Rules of Golf”, are published regularly and also include the rules governing amateur status. In Italy, Federgolf is responsible for supervising competitions by applying the rules issued by the R&A, checking that these rules are respected by Clubs, Associations and their members and managing the resulting sporting justice, protecting their interests abroad.
