Kristina Khorram, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ “Chief Manipulator”

Kristina Khorram, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ “Chief Manipulator”

Sean “Diddy” Combs once called Kristina Khorram, his chief of staff at Combs Enterprises, his “right hand woman” — but a source familiar with the federal sex trafficking investigation into him believes she’s actually his “chief manipulator.”

“If anyone is the keeper, Kristina would know everything,” the source added to the Post.

“High-ranking supervisors” were named in the three-count federal indictment charging Combs with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation for prostitution Tuesday, a day after the 54-year-old hip-hop mogul was arrested by Homeland Security agents at a New York hotel.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges but remains in custody on the judge’s orders after a $50 million bail offer was rejected. Khorram has not been arrested or charged with any crime.

“If anyone is the gatekeeper, Kristina would know everything,” the source added to the Post. According to the indictment, Combs allegedly used “certain employees,” including “high-ranking supervisors” to “carry out, facilitate and cover up his abuse and prostitution ring.” Diddy/Facebook

According to the indictment, Combs allegedly used “certain employees,” including “high-ranking supervisors,” to “carry out, facilitate and conceal his abuse and commercial sex ring,” although none of his employees are named in the documents.

Supervisors facilitated sexual performances dubbed “Freak Offs,” according to the indictment, which included sex workers and “pre-stocking hotel rooms with required Freak Off supplies, including controlled substances, baby lubricant, extra linens and lighting.”

During raids on Diddy’s mansions earlier this year, “narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant” were seized by federal agents.

“(The feds) obtained evidence from numerous sources – recordings, text messages – names, messages from Kristina Khorram.”

Khorram joined Bad Boy Entertainment as a senior executive in 2013 and became manager to Diddy, the “director of the office of the president” at Combs Enterprises, according to her now-deleted LinkedIn profile. She was named chief of staff in 2020. Instagram

Khorram did not respond to The Post’s request for comment Tuesday. In 2021, Diddy posted about her on Facebook, saying, “She has been my right hand for the past 8 years and has consistently proven she can execute and get things done. I don’t know how I would function without her.”

In a separate lawsuit from the federal investigation filed by rapper Lil Rod in February, Khorram, 37, was described as the “Ghislaine Maxwell to Sean Combs’ Jeffrey Epstein” — a reference to the notorious sex offender and his now-imprisoned wife — and accused of “ordering sex workers and prostitutes for him.”

Lil Rod, born Rodney Jones, also alleged in an amended complaint that Khorram “required” Combs’ household employees, including the butler, chef and maids, to carry a “fanny pack” containing cocaine, GHB, ecstasy, marijuana candy and a pink drug called Tuci — a combination of ecstasy and cocaine — so Combs could indulge in his “drug of choice” at any time.

According to Lil Rod’s complaint, Khorram also “knowingly and intentionally participated in, perpetrated, aided, supported and facilitated a sex trafficking enterprise.”

As chief of staff, Khorram, according to Lil Rod’s complaint, “played a key role in organizing and executing the (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) enterprise” that he accuses Diddy of running.

According to Lil Rod’s complaint, Khorram allegedly asked another employee, Stevie J, to recruit sex workers to participate in the “freak offs.”

Lil Rod’s lawsuit is ongoing, but Diddy’s lawyers have asked for it to be dismissed.

“Mr. Jones’ lawsuit is pure fiction, a brazen attempt to create hype and secure a quick settlement… Mr. Jones was not threatened, manipulated, assaulted or trafficked. We look forward to proving – in court – that all of Mr. Jones’ allegations are fabricated and should be dismissed,” attorney Erica Wolff told USA Today in August of the lawsuit.

“Kristina could be cooperative,” the source said, referring to the federal case against Diddy. “At least if she’s smart, she will be.”
