More than three years after the shooting that left 10 people dead at the Boulder King Soopers grocery store in March 2021, the accused man was found guilty on all counts, including 10 counts of first-degree murder. Following victim impact statements after the verdict, Judge Ingrid Bakke handed down a sentence that included life in prison without the possibility of parole for each of the 10 first-degree murder charges, a sentence that will run consecutively.
