MAFS Star Domenica Calarco Announces Solo Project After Finishing Podcast With Ella

Married at First Sight Australia star Domenica Calarco has announced her new solo project, after finishing her podcast with Ella Ding.

The reality star rose to fame when she appeared on the popular dating show in 2022. She quickly became friends with co-star Ella and the pair launched their podcast. Sit with us the same year.

Last month, the duo decided to end the podcast, confirming their pursuit of solo projects. Today, Domenica launched a new Instagram account, which she says will feature “everything I cook and don’t eat.”

The “page dedicated to cooking” Dom cooked it currently offers Vegemite rolls and an eggplant pasta dish, with more recipes to come. Before launching the account, the star shared food-related posts on her main page.

“Baking sourdough has become another part of my healing therapy; every time I bake, I take care of my starter, then I see an amazing loaf come out of the oven, a small part of my self-esteem and my self-esteem returns!” she captioned her post about sourdough.

Domenica is back on Instagram after deactivating her social media accounts earlier this year. THE MAFS The star shared her battle with mental health in an emotional statement on her Instagram Story in May.

“Over the past month, I have been dealing with deep-seated issues that have left me emotionally, physically and psychologically drained,” she explained.

“Every day I try to be the strong, independent, bubbly person you all know me to be, but the reality is that I am not doing well and the recent social media rant has forced me to realize that I am out of breath. my link.”

Domenica added: “As someone who has suffered from mental illness for 15 years, I realized that I needed to make my health, both physical and mental, the number one priority and decided to attend a retreat of mental health.
