A company owned by Co Antrim hurling director Davy Fitzgerald is among three defendants being sued in the Irish High Court for alleged negligence causing a five-year-old girl’s elbow to be broken when she fell from a castle inflatable.

Last week, Homs Assist solicitors in Limerick filed a personal injury action in the High Court against Fittest Superstars Ltd, the St Conaire National School Board of Trustees and Alan’s Bouncy Castles Ltd on behalf of Ayat Farhan, who was five years old in 2019.
