Raiders quarterback Aidan O’Connell since locker room loss to Broncos

DENVER, Colo.—The Las Vegas Raiders (2-3) suffered a gruesome loss tonight against the Denver Broncos (3-2) 34-18.

The Raiders came out on fire, dominating the game. About to go up 17-0, Gardner Minshew threw a terrible pass that turned into a pick-six, and the Silver and Black collapsed.

From that point on, the Broncos controlled every play of the game and the Raiders suffered a setback. “Mile High Meltdown” leaving the team wondering what happened.

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Aidan O’Connell spoke from the locker room after the loss, and we’ve got it all for you below:

The off-field drama with WR Davante Adams wasn’t the reason for this loss as they started fast; This is a talented team that is young, isn’t mentally tough, and needs a major upgrade at the most important position in the NFL, quarterback.

It’s that simple.

With 12 games remaining, this team certainly won’t give up, and they won’t give up either, but at some point they’ll have to fight their way out of the proverbial hole.

All three of Raider Nation’s losses were games they should have won: in Los Angeles against the Chargers, at home against the Carolina Panthers and, of course, today.

Pierce wouldn’t commit to next week’s quarterback pick, but one thing is for sure: The Raiders aren’t good enough to help other teams and win.

It’s hard enough to win the NFL against any opponent, especially when you’re helping them.

The entire performance was riddled with errors from Silver and Black; it was a disaster.
