Two killed in road accident in Gachibowli-Telangana Today

The victims, Dev Kumar (30) and his friend Venkanna Swamy (28), both residents of Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, were riding on Dev Kumar’s bike from Madhapur to Gachibowli junction when the accident took place.

Hyderabad: Two people were killed after the motorcycle they were riding went out of control and crashed into the median Gachibowli in the early hours of Friday.

The victims, Dev Kumar (30) and his friend Venkanna Swamy (28), both residents of Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, rode away on Dev Kumar’s bike Madhapur towards Gachibowli junction when the accident occurred.

Police said when they reached Gachibowli main road, Dev Kumar lost control of the vehicle and landed on the median. Both suffered serious bleeding injuries.

While Dev Kumar died on the spot, Venkanna Swamy was declared brought dead by the doctors of a private hospital. Gachibowli police are investigating. The bodies were taken to the hospital for autopsy.
