Deputies: A Saratoga County man kicked a person’s car

A Saratoga County man is accused of kicking and damaging someone’s car.

Austin J. Cretty, 18, of Providence, has been charged with criminal mischief in the third degree. According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, the alleged incident took place on Sacandaga Road in Galway City.

According to the investigators, there was more than 250 euros worth of damage to the car.

Cretty was released on an appearance notice and is due to appear at Galway Town Court at a later date.
