Two injured after SUV crashes into donut shop in Exposition Park – NBC Los Angeles

Several people have been hospitalized after a vehicle crashed into a donut shop in Exposition Park.

According to police, the accident was reported Friday around 5:21 p.m. at “Michell’s Donuts” on the 3700 block of Western Avenue.

An elderly man crashed into the store and pinned a man down with the vehicle. A woman and a baby, only a year old, were also there at the time of the crash.

The man who was trapped was taken to hospital in serious condition. The woman and baby were taken to the hospital only as a precaution, police said.
