Bus driver accused of kidnapping Newton preschoolers under house arrest

A bus driver accused of kidnapping Three Newton preschoolers with communication problems have been released on bail, but are under house arrest, according to court records.

On Oct. 1, a Middlesex County grand jury indicted 42-year-old Bedford resident Justin Vose on three counts of kidnapping, court records show. He was arraigned at Middlesex Superior Court on Friday and pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The judge released Vose on $1,000 bail, but ordered that he remain in his home with a GPS monitor, that he have no unsupervised contact with children, that he not work with children or volunteer and that he not had direct or indirect contact with children. the victims in the case, court records show.
