ANN ARBOR, MI – Rachel Liu Martindale is bringing her own twist to the dishes inspired by the Asian flavors she grew up eating at her Ann Arbor business.

Q Bakehouse & Market opened in February at 1608 Jackson Ave., where Huron Street splits into Jackson and Dexter avenues. The restaurant offers the opportunity to try sweets and other dishes that mix Asian and Western flavors and techniques.
