Dubai launches 'App Olympics' for individuals and teams in 4 categories - News

Dubai on Sunday launched the App Olympics to choose the best in the field of mobile application development, said Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the UAE at the X.

The app contest is made up of four categories: Best Youth App, Most Impactful App, Most Innovative App and Industry of the Year: Mobile Games.

Sheikh Hamdan said the step is in line with “Dubai’s remarkable achievements in all sectors, especially in the field of digital economy, which serves as a key pillar in achieving the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).” .
