BrightSpring Health Chief Legal Officer Announces Retirement Plan

BrightSpring Health Services, Inc. ((BTSG)) has issued an update.

Steven S. Reed, longtime chief legal officer at BrightSpring Health Services, is set to retire on October 11, 2024. To ensure a smooth handover, he will transition to a senior legal counsel role by March 2025. The company is actively searching for his replacement. As part of his retirement agreement, Reed will be compensated with a monthly salary, a one-time payment and extended benefits, including COBRA premiums. He is also subject to confidentiality, non-compete and non-solicitation clauses, with provisions for accelerated vesting of his shares if he is fired without cause or resigns for good reason.
