An Extraordinary General Meeting of Ensurge Micropower ASA (the “Company”) was held electronically today. All items on the agenda were approved in accordance with the proposals of the Company’s board of directors, including the approval of Tranche 2 of the private placement and the subsequent offering, both announced on September 19, 2024.
